How fast do you ship out orders?
My priority is to get every order out as quickly as I can. I maintain an inventory of every product color and style I create, keeping multiple units of popular items, such as anything in black, in stock. This allows me to ship most orders by the next business day, though some may take two. While rare, a surge in orders from a big sale might cause a delay of up to three days.
What makes your Slings better?
Explaining why my slings are "better" than others is subjective, as personal preferences vary. I can, however, speak to the quality of my products: I am an end user crafting purpose-built gear specifically for duty use. My 1:2 Conversion Bungee Sling was my first design, and it remains a staple of my daily SWAT operations. By utilizing tubular nylon webbing, the sling gains the strength and has a rolled edge, like a fire hose, This reduces chaffing to your neck. Furthermore, I employ military-grade, T70 bonded nylon thread—the same type used in heavy-duty leather work—to ensure maximum durability.
Each sling is handcrafted at my own workbench, never in a factory. I prioritize durability by over-stitching every piece. I use only premium components, including US-made steel HK hooks and GrovTec QDs, along with high-quality polymer hardware from ITW. Because I don’t sew the attachment hardware directly into my Two-Point slings, you have the flexibility to set them up exactly how you like and modify them later if needed.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
My slings are built with durability in mind, however if any component of any of my products breaks just send me a photo with a short description of what happened and I will repair or replace the product. This service covers normal wear and tear NOT intentional or negligent destruction.
What about custom orders?
I do custom orders by request. If it is a simple modification of one of my current sling models, like adding a different color webbing or padding to a sling you can just add it in the special instructions portion of your order. Color changes cost nothing. Adding additional features such as a pad to a sling models that does not feature one will cost a small fee that I will discuss with you prior to charging.
If you want one of my products made out of a color or material I do not provide send me what you have in mind and I will try to accommodate you. I prefer to work with one inch tubular nylon webbing for my slings but if you have something else in mind I can work with it as long as it will hold a stitch.
More complicated custom creations may take more time and additional communication to create exactly what you want. Typically I can find something that works for what you need. However, in rare circumstances I have customers that want a sling design that is impossible, in which case I reserve the right to decline custom orders.
